As we continue to adapt to the ongoing conditions of covid-19, we hope you are staying well and safe.

Secure video Telehealth consultations are available to existing patients of the practice if you are unable to attend the practice. Please contact us if you wish to access this service so that we may introduce you to the Telehealth system in use. A mobile phone or computer with camera option is needed for secure video Telehealth consultation or a telephone consultation can be arranged.

What precautions are in place if you do attend the practice?
Precautions are in place with several additional or enhanced procedures. The following health hygiene precautions are in place for those attending this practice.

1. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, or have tested positive to Covid-19, please contact the practice to reschedule your appointment.

2. Please use hand sanitiser or as for hand washing facilities on arrival and when leaving the rooms. You will be directed to the facilities upon arrival.

3. Waiting room chairs are spaced with social distancing. Rather than being seated, you may be asked to proceed to the treatment room allocated for your appointment.  

4. Given the close proximity required to provide care, your physiotherapist may wear a mask if physically distancing cannot be maintained for prolonged periods during your treatment.
